Clinical Evidence Program Manager
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Clinical research and/or medical writing experience
- Demonstration of problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, clinical practices, physiology and/or applicable disease states, CRHF therapies and technologies
- Proficient knowledge of medical journal submission requirements and medical writing styles
- Ability to identify customer requirements and manage expectations for scientific publications
- Ability to identify critical information needs and identify roles / individuals to involve for decision making
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and milestones through identification and implementation of work plans and measurements.
- Able to communicate clearly and succinctly with team members and all levels of leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize problems, diagnose root causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence within the team
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills; able to develop effective teamwork between team members with diverse interpersonal styles; able to deliver effective coaching and feedback
- Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities
- Experience implementing initiatives through effective influence management skills with those that have no direct reporting, especially in a consulting (short term) capacity
- Experience working on global projects
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement solutions in addressing publications issues
