Calibration Lab Supervisor

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 1 year of experience in calibration.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strong employee engagement practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• 2+ years of experience in equipment calibration
• Basic knowledge of measurement principles:  measurement uncertainty, measurement traceability, measurement standards, test uncertainty ratios, measurement system analysis (MSA), SI units, calibration intervals, and out-of-tolerance reporting.
• Experience scheduling deconflicting and coordinating the work of technicians
• Familiarity with operating in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO.)
• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt, Six Sigma, etc.
• Ability to work on assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
