Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
- The ability to interpret a set of business and technical requirements and contribute in developing robust solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
- Flexible and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward.
- Adaptable, able to work across teams and functions in multinational environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- Business analysis or project management experience in the medical device industry, ideally with background in Service & Repair.
- High proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Business Objects, and SAP, experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions.
- Eager to grow and develop their knowledge and skills.
- Affinity with emerging technologies like (gen) AI.
- Affinity and basic knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience with the (office automation) tools within the MS Power Platform.
- Experience with analytical solution like PowerBI and/or Tableau.
