Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.

- Experience managing large teams (directly and indirectly) consisting of both experienced professionals and managers.

- Establishes program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Decisions impact projects or operations, affect the deadlines, resources, and funds, and the achievement of organizational objectives.

- Advanced Degree in engineering or scientific discipline or an MBA
- Program Management Qualification: PMP Certification
- Medical device experience a plus.
- Strong track record of leading complex projects requiring strong influence management skills and willingness and ability to institute change
- Exceptional project management skills; knowledge of process and project planning best practices.
- Competent in ERP systems namely DRP, MRPII, JIT, IBP/S&OP processes and methodologies (SAP, Blue Yonder experience an advantage).
- Business Acumen: ability to think from an overall “best for the business” perspective
- Operational Excellence mindset: Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification, is an advantage.
- Able to adapt communication style to varied audiences and stakeholder groups.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
