Associate Compliance Specialist - Restorative Therapies Group
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically MS Excel
- Ability to interpret and apply legal/compliance guidance, including Medtronic Business Conduct Standards and AdvaMed Code of Ethics
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills via email, in person, and by phone
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong working relationships
- Ability to maintain customer relations while delivering difficult messages
- Track record demonstrating success in multi-tasking, prioritizing, monitoring status and initiating follow-up
- Knowledge of RTG products and therapies and related disease states
- Previous Medtronic experience
- Experience working globally
