Associate Compliance Specialist

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

• Bachelor’s degree
• Specialized training in Ethics and Compliance or 2+ years of experience in Compliance, Finance, Quality, Legal, or medical device industry

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency using MS Office suite and navigating internet
• Experience working at Medtronic
• Working knowledge of Medtronic’s Business Conduct Standards
• Experience with an Ethics and Compliance program in a life-science industry
• Familiarity with the U.S. Open Payments (Sunshine Act) program
• Proficiency working with Siebel CRM
• Experience with eCATS, Expense Express, or other Medtronic tracking systems
• Experience with Spotfire or data analytics
• Familiarity with Medtronic’s HCP needs-assessment program and/or Off-Label Use Program
• Familiarity with CVG products, therapies, and related disease states
• Proficiency with SharePoint or other potential communication tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills via email, in person, and by phone
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Comfort and proficiency with basic math skills
