MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in management, analytics/business intelligence, data science, statistics, applied math, economics, communications, or other technical discipline
• 3+ years working in a Consulting Practice
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Supply Management, or Manufacturing with a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant experience with an advanced degree
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience in change management, communication, training, and development of collateral for a global analytics organization
• Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL and statistical tools
• Experience training and developing a team of employees, including providing training for people leaders
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
NICE TO HAVE
• Master’s or advanced degree
• 5+ years of experience in analytics in a global Healthcare or Medical Technology company, preferably in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction continuous improvement efforts.
• 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry
• Proven leadership and talent management skills
• Ability to lead change in a complex environment
• Strong facilitation, influencing, organizing, and presentation/communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve results through building partnerships and influence skills
• Broad business understanding and ability to apply to current issues
• Six Sigma Belt certification and/or Lean Sigma certification and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality System, QSR and ISO regulations
