Advanced Analytics Analyst - Mounds View, MN

·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics or other technical discipline.

·       Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of technical experience

Nice to Have

·       Ability to interface with all groups and levels to solve problems and create solutions.

·       Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and analytics/reporting tools (Tableau and/or PowerBI).

·       Strong technical experience in data management platforms and program management systems including but not limited to Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, SAP, BW, BEx, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization system, Cloud- based data infrastructure, and Program Management Metrics, and Reporting.

·       Data analytics, risk management and financial competence

·       Program metrics migration from legacy systems to new, cloud-based framework

·       Reporting/Dashboarding Design experience

·       Lean Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma Green Belt

·       Proven track record of successfully managing data

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.  

Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
