Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 5+ years Program Management, Education/Training, or medical device sales or medical device marketing experience.
OR

Masters Degree and 3+ years experience Program Management, Education/Training, or medical device sales or medical device marketing experience.
Nice to Have
-
Experience/understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical arena and healthcare system requirements

Experience as LMS administrator publishing coursework using e-learning standards like AICC, SCORM, xAPI, Cmi5

Minimum 2+ years of managing learning management platforms

Experience with vendor management

Analytical skills and capability to understand, interpret and communicate complex scientific information

Proven ability to:

Develop effective e-learning content

Convert existing content (video, audio, PPT) to effective e-learning content

Manage multiple priorities and projects

Develop storyboards
-
Maintain editorial calendars including: (project workflow, deadlines, quotes)

Work effectively on cross-functional teams
