PD Program Manager
Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
- Advanced degree and 3+ years experience
Nice to Have
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar related field
• Complete understanding and application of Project Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
• Verbal and written presentation and communication skills
• Expert knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
• Full knowledge of industry standards: ISO13485, EN14971, EN62304, EN60601
• Ability to operate and be effective in a matrix organizational structure
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly.
• Experience in development and sustaining of medical devices/capital equipment
• Experience with project resource management tools (e.g. PDWARE)
• Demonstrated competencies and ability to apply independently: Self-Management, Goal Achievement, Personal Accountability, Planning & Organization, Resiliency, Flexibility, Teamwork, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Diplomacy & Tact, Customer Focus, Problem Solving Ability.
• Quality System experience in a regulated industry (medical devices and pharmaceuticals)
• PMP Certification
