Senior Field Development Specialist

Must Haves:

•    University degree in a medical/bio-engineering  relevant discipline.
•    At least 3 years of sales experience in medical devices industry (electrophysiology or coronary area experience will be an advantage). 
•    Fluency in English.
•    Analytical thinker with a strong ability to think through issues in a structured way, to develop insights and ability to derive quality decisions out of analysis.
•    Strong ability to share knowledge, theoretically and practically, strong presentation skills.
•    Trustworthy individual, able to build a strong internal & external network of stakehoders remotely and  capable of working with a number of internal and external stakeholders on reaching defined business goals.
•    Customer focus (ability to understand the customer needs is a must).
•    Understanding the impact on patient & customer.
•    Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Innovative thinker, creative.
•    Competent & confident with new technology (systems & programs).
•    Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers.
•    Willing to travel intensively (Ukraine, Belarus).
