Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Years of relevant experience with event management and/or project management between 2 years and more than 4 years’ experience
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
- Strong time management skills, able to work flexibly with multiple deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude to overcoming barriers, a problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the conference management or hospitality management industry
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Korean language
