Medical Education Director
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in multiple job areas
- Adult learning experience
- People leadership experience
- Clinical background/ operating room/ bedside experience
- Ability to travel approximately 50%, including international travel
Nice to Have: Preferred Requirements
- Medical Affairs/Clinical Research/Quality/Regulatory Affairs/Engineering/Marketing experience at Medtronic or within a medical device industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Project (or similar scheduling software), project management techniques and tools; and web-based applications
- Excellent project management and organization skills
- Ability to identify and implement solutions in addressing clinical education process issues
- Capital equipment background/experience
