Qualifications
Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant work with 3 years in the medical industry.
Preferred Project Leadership Experience
-
A proven product leader of innovation on multiple, multidisciplinary projects
-
Experience of driving R&D development towards successful product launch
-
A self-starter who would ask the right questions, challenge the status quo, and acquire knowledge quickly for the best possible outcome
-
Proven ability to translate high level program objectives into action plans for an R&D team in order to meet short- and long-term goals and timelines
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, and inspire others around a vision of excellence for a bright future
-
Well-developed collaboration skills with proven track record of interfacing between multiple groups and functions (R&D, QA, marketing, regulatory, and external experts)

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail

Patient centric mindset with a strong desire to improve clinical outcomes
Preferred Technical Experience:
-
Experience of R&D work in one of the following engineering disciplines: EE, CS, ME, Biomedical, Robotics, Optics, Sensors

Detailed understanding of key product performance criteria that help make critical project & technical decisions

Understanding of medical imaging modalities for advanced procedures and navigation techniques for image-guided surgery
-
Understanding of robotics, imaging system, display, real-time operating systems, and SW development
