Sr Sales Analyst - Dhaka

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Your Profile:

• Preferable 8+ years of relevant work experience in BI & Analytics area along with hands-on experience on Salesforce or Sales incentives or both
• Domain experience in sales force and commercial excellence role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a regional capacity is preferred
• Hands-on experience on big data management
• Strong business acumen and can recognize problems, opportunities and provide value-added business solutions
• Strong analytical mind with inclination for problem-solving
• Strong ability to read and understand data sets
• Ability to communicate data related issues to Senior management in a simple way
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment- Good interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence
• Ability to understand business dynamics across the region and manage multiple task assignments
• Self-driven, ability to work independently, has collaborative mind-set and build strong working relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (Verbal/Written) for business communication / presentation / reporting

Nice to have:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD), Engineering background is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an MNC
• Handling Business Analyst Profile in a Consultancy firm or Market Research
