Field Service Representative

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant field service experience in maintenance and repair of complex electronic or biomedical equipment is preferred.
• Associate Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• The ability to travel 30 – 40% within your assigned territory or across Canada is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize computer and telephone efficiently.
• Customer and Quality-focused individuals.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment to help perform service activities to meet business needs and the demands of customers.
• Strong time management skills and work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to Have   

• A technical degree in electronics or biomedical electronics, computers, or related field.
• Medical Device product knowledge is preferred.
• Prior work experience within hospital operating rooms is an asset.
• General knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision is an asset.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft OS, Word/Excel.
