Must Haves

• Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
• Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital operation room environment; previous Sales experience a strong plus
• Thorough knowledge of all business product lines and therapies
• Knowledge of the competitive marketplace
• Previous training/education experience
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses and hospital technicians
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of good judgment.
• Ability to work in an operating room setting
• Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, mainly at operational level in hospitals
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
• Travel is required, must have a valid driver’s license 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
