Consultant - Integrated Health Solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Masters degree with excellent academic + extracurricular results
• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, e.g. strategy consulting at top tier firm, big 4, healthcare consulting
• Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
• Fluent in English and Dutch, other language skills are a plus
• Proven track record in driving end to end transformation: from analysis to implementation

 

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Consultants within the IHS team require strong and demonstrable:

• Problem-solving skills, preferably core consulting skills
• Project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Presentation and communication skills
• Partnering and collaboration skills (team-player)
• Customer and Business sensitivity, able to navigate in a matrix organization
• Change management skills

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to travel within Benelux (and potentially across EMEA)
