BS with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or MS /
PhD with 5 years of experience and
5+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
·
Experience in the medical device industry and/or surgical
techniques.

Multiple years’ experience as a Systems Engineer or Core
Team leader.
·
Experience in software, hardware, and system design.
·
Experience writing requirements and managing risks, ideally
in a requirements management system.
·
Demonstrates creativity while solving complex problems
without known solutions.
·
Ability to work in a team environment and directly
contribute to its success.
·
Strong leadership skills and mentoring abilities.
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·
Good at communicating complex technical opportunities,
challenges, and other information to upper management in a concise but thorough
fashion.
·
Ability to drive change.
·
Ability to assess new technologies via comprehensive reviews
of the state-of-the-art.
