MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience performing hardware and software penetration testing
• Experience with wireless security testing
• Understand network ports and protocols, network devices, and TCP/IP
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, BSD)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including translation of complex concepts and issues into insights for Senior Management and non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work on initiatives independently and with little oversight
• Experience facilitating working sessions
• Experience creating risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge in risk assessment methodologies, security frameworks and relevant global regulations (i.e. NIST, OWASP)
• Knowledge of the Cyber Killchain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT, GPYC
• Adept at evaluating existing and emerging technologies using advanced research capabilities
• Strong capability to research and evaluate existing and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to take risks based and proactive approach to change management
• Demonstrated ability to work in flexible and ambiguous environments
