Must Haves:
- Demonstrable content creation and messaging experience.
- Extensive integrated marketing experience. Healthcare or life-sciences is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Experience growing revenue, sales and product targets in a technology, data products or software company, demonstrable via numbers and KPIs.
- Successful track record in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented culture. Previous experience in a healthcare start-up is a plus.
- Experience working in the UK or US. Other global work experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns, with a heavy focus towards digital marketing in both B2B and B2C settings. Experience implementing Account Based Marketing strategies is a plus.
- Experience with integrated digital/social content calendar, scheduling and managing the release of corporate messaging across paid, earned, shared and owned channels.
- Experience with leading projects and teams across multidisciplinary skill sets.
- Experience analyzing data and metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
- Self-starter, results driven, competent managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation skills.
- Fluency and intimate knowledge of marketing tech for implementing in, and measuring all relevant digital marketing channels including: Social listening tools, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Google suite of tools, ad tech platforms, WordPress, various social media channels, emailing marketing tools.
- Fluent in English.
