Nice to Have
•Prior experience working in Research and Development roles or supporting this Category.
•Prior experience with data, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
•Master’s Degree in engineering or business
•Previous experience in the medical device / life sciences industry
•Knowledge of FDA regulated industries
•Prior experience managing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagements
•Ability to partner with and influence internal technical experts
•Demonstrated leadership, customer service, problem solving, communication, negotiation, tact, judgment, and organizational skills
•Influencing and leading R&D teams and external suppliers to deliver results
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong program management skills
•Strong business and legal acumen
•Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong Problem-Solving skills
•Strong analytical skills
•Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or new product development (NPD) in a manufacturing organization, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or new product development (NPD) in a manufacturing organization.
