Must have:

• Tertiary qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – with the ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing. An effective presenter and trainer.
• Outstanding customer service - understands and delivers excellent customer service
• Professional presentation and "Presence"
• A “can do” attitude, strong levels of self-motivation and the ability to drive results.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong business planning and analytical skills.
• Strong account management, including the ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base.
• A willingness and zest for learning, especially technical information
• Understanding of health care system requirements (outcomes research, cost, etc.)
• Demonstrated effective matrix skills (crosses geography’s and divisions)
• The ability to work autonomously but also within a team
• A demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic relationships and communicate concepts with key influencers
• Previous sales experience in medical devices preferred or a previous background in cardiac surgery
• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
