Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of quality systems and good documentation practices
- Experience in working in Medical Device manufacturing environment
- Comfortable to work with microscopic views and in cleanroom environment
- Very good communicator in French and English; Mandarin is an asset
- Able to read and write in French and English; Mandarin is an asset
- Good computer proficiency and working knowledge of Windows and MS Office software
- Confidence to coach in person or via virtual meeting applications
- Ability & flexibility to travel to SMF (Shanghai) for up to 60% of the time as per the project needs (each trip length will be minimal 3wk)
- Previous experience as a Medtronic catheter operator or trainer is an asset
- Proficient as a catheter manufacturing operator with highly manual production processes with track record of following quality processes
- Ability to handle multiple task & track progress
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills as a trainer/coach
- Attentive to details with good patience
- Ability to adapt to and/or work with a diverse workforce / people from different culture e.g. Chinese
