Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years field sales experience and at least two years of medical device sales.
Nice to Have
- MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in management positions.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales goals, managing high performing teams and developing key customer relationships.
- Experience selling to physicians teaching a new procedure and selling a new paradigm
- Experience discussing reimbursement related to a medical device sales
- Experience with prospecting for new business and cold calling
- Goal-oriented individual who operates on a high sense-of-urgency and drives issues to closure.
- Proven track record working collaboratively with a cross-functional team
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and integrity.
- Experience in strategic and tactical sales planning.
- Experience in C-suite, capital or software sales
- Proven experience in technical sales process
- Strategic leader with executive presence.
- Strong communication skills with organizational presence.
- Ability to lead a cross functional team in a matrix setting.
- Experience in successfully managing a budget function.
- Utilizing technology in management of the sales force.
- Ability to inspire high performance.
- Proven record of building and developing talent.
- Experience with a frequent changes in organizational structure, cultural shifts and redeployment of assets is highly desirable.
