Required:
•BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
•Minimum 12 years of career engineering experience with at least 5 years in project management or lead engineering roles within a medical device field
•Proven communication skills and ability to lead within a multi-functional team environment
•A demonstrated capacity for developing and commercializing innovation
Nice to Have:
•Familiar with IEC 60601, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, UL, ANSI and ASTM standards
•Familiar with product cyber security, EU MDR and RoHS
•Core Team Member Experience with a track record of successful product launches in the medical device industry
•MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or Biomedical Engineering or other related engineering discipline
•A background in cryoablation or other ablation technologies
•Experience developing electro-mechanical devices employing real-time embedded systems
•An understanding of clinical/technical applications of ablation products and application related physiology
•Knowledge of Design for Reliability (DfR), Design for Reliability and Manufacturability (DRM), Design for Serviceability, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design for Lean Sigma (DFLS) and/or robust design practices
•PMP or other project management certification
