Must Haves
• MSC degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of diabetes medical device industry or pharma.
• Experience executing complex projects from start to end in a multi-stakeholders / multi country environment.
• Strong track record of high achievement against current/past objectives.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility: multiple and changing priorities
• Candid, ethical, patient and customer-focused
• Strong understading of IT ecosystems
• Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills, a team player able to collaborate across different functions within a complex matrix organisation.
Nice to Haves
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Direct to Consumer experience
• Strong Product knowledge in the Diabetes device product area
• Sales / Technical Related Experience in Diabetes
• Global experience
