Must Have:
•Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years experience in a Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing or Business Management role within the medical device, healthcare, med-tech, consulting or pharma industries (13 years with Advanced Degree)
•Experience with business planning, strategy development, commercial execution and project management
•Experience developing and managing functional and cross-functional relationships
•Experience identifying and understanding global healthcare environment and industry trends
•Experience understanding and using business and financial measures
•Experience to developing opportunity assessments
•Experience coordinating on-site and remote activities and experience prioritizing and providing solutions
•Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote and/or similar other tools for analyzing, organizing, tracking, reporting and communication of project status
Nice to Have:
•MBA
•Prior people management experience, ideally leader of leaders/managers
•Business strategies or project/program management experience within the Cardiac & Vascular therapies & markets
•Experience providing program leadership over program managers
•Demonstrated collaboration and influence skills
•Advanced analytical and financial valuation skills
•Experience with executive (c-suite level) presentations and/or local government leadership
•Advanced project management certifications PDP, MBB, etc.
