EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, economics or related field; MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of healthcare or deal experience or 2+ years of healthcare or deal experience with a MBA
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the development of business strategies, tactics and solutions
- Advanced financial modeling experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with all levels of management
- In-depth experience creating spreadsheets, presentations and word processing software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Previous work experience in business development, investment banking, strategic planning and/or operating management
- Analytical/structured thinker
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Intellectually curious with growth mindset
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience
- International transaction experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in digestible format
- Ability to understand complex technical product information
