Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
- Minimum 4 years technician experience in industry setting performing electrical/mechanical tests, troubleshooting, and repair.
High School Diploma
Nice to Have
Vocational certification, post high school technical education, or military formal training in electrical/mechanical equipment maintenance.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Requires general knowledge and experience with principles and practices of electrical/mechanical including: basic electronics, basic electronic troubleshooting, working knowledge of soldering techniques and methods, read blue prints and wiring schematics, PLC programming, refrigeration, machining, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, high/low pressure, vacuum systems, and plumbing. General understanding of equipment tracking/documentation software systems.
Working knowledge of data acquisition and validation equipment: process control equipment/controllers, chart recorders, DC analog/signal conditioners, and transducers. Working knowledge of electronic drafting and CAD software.
Strong math background. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) and Windows OS.

Familiar with these regulations: FDA 21 CFR Part 820 cGMP, and ISO 13485.
Knowledge of 3M EtO Sterilizer Systems is a plus. Possess a Low Voltage License is a plus. ASQ or ISA Certification is a plus.
Possess a valid Driver’s License.
Organized, efficient, process oriented; interpersonal/communication skills; self-motivated; team player; strong work ethic; works well under pressure in a dynamic environment; tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion – professional presentation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift up to 50 pounds to a workbench under ideal conditions (NIOSH).
