Engineering Manager - Patient Engagement

• At least 5 years of Software Industry experience

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Software Engineering or Software Development degree program or comparable on the job experience with another B.S. degree. 

• Prior experience managing software development teams 

• Hands on experience working with and developing services in AWS

• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering on projects in a matrix environment 

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Track record of delivering high quality results on time and on budget

7+ Years of experience leading software development initiatives and projects

• Experience working in regulated environments and delivering new products in compliance with global regulatory standards

• Medical device industry or related experience

• Prior experience developing Medical Device hardware and/or software 

• Experience with native, mobile application development (iOS and Android)

• Excellent downward, lateral, and upward communication skills

• Masters in SW/computer engineering or MBA
