Must Haves
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimal 2 years experience in sales.
- Fluent Dutch, English and French is required.
- Proven account planning skills.
- Independency, commitment and accountability.
- Team player attitude.
- High relationship building skills on department chief level.
- Highly committed to customers’ satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
- Culturally aware of company strategy and able to enthuse customers about its products and solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment and matrix organization.
Nice to Haves
- Living in Flanders area.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare or pharma industry.
- Experience in the world of vascular intervention.
- Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system.
- Project Management experience.
- Knowledge and knowing how to deal with DMU's (Decision Making Units) and different stakeholders in the hospital.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
