Must Have
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with 10+ years of managerial experience , or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years prior IT experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
Nice to Haves
• Master degree
• People management skills
• Extreme focus on customer experience and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a global organization and team
• 10+ years of management experience in a technical leadership role supporting a geographically distributed network infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to explain ideas from different perspectives to technical and non-technical audiences
• High degree of accountability
• Strategic and Agile mindset
• Experience working with manages service partners
• ITIL and/or Agile (e.g. SAFE) certification
