Sr. Manager, Commercial Excellence and Clinical Product Specialists (Remote - NATIONWIDE)

Basic Qualifications:
Education Required Bachelor’s Degree Required   Years of Experience 7+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of relevant experience with advanced degree   Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required ·       Instructional design/learning and development principles ·       Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and to work in a matrix environment ·       Awareness and application of strategy and problem-solving frameworks Ability to work independently and lead others remotely Good computer skills with specific skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Desired/Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
·       Medtech sales or marketing experience ·       Management or supervisory experience ·       Professional education and training experience ·       Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels in business ·       Strong organization and time management skills ·       Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
