- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business administration, Finance, Operations
- 5+ years (with Bachelor's) or 3+ years (with Master's) of experience in supply chain planning and/or inventory, capacity, operations planning
- MBA
- Experience using SAP/APO, or other ERP systems
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint focus)
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification
- Excellent mathematics/analytics/statistical skills demonstrated through education or professional background
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proven ability to meet and maintain customer / business expectations and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Lean Sigma DMAIC green belt certification
- Medical device or related industry experience
- Ability to thrive in a complex, matrix and growing organization
- Strong understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related End to End Supply Chain concepts
- Ability to assess, analyze, and condense complex data or situations.
- Ability to project possible future outcomes and scenarios based on available data. Shapes recommendations to create positive future results despite circumstances or activities that may threaten desired goals
- Ability to adapt to changing customer and organizational requirements
- Cultivates a broad network of relationships with key internal and external constituents. Good influence management skills and ability to successfully work across geographical boundaries via phone and virtual meetings
