Senior Product Manager, Upstream - Targeted Drug Delivery
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategy or product management experience with a Bachelors' degree, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

- Demonstrated knowledge and capability in cross-functional team management with the ability to influence and lead others.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage several, complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written and presentation skills including the ability to present complex material in a simple and effective manner appropriate to the level of the audience.
- Strong leadership in developing comprehensive global business assessments, strategies, tactics and solutions to drive business objectives.
- Upstream product marketing or development with both feasibility and launch experience.Ability to understand complex technical product information.
- Experience working across geographical
regions.
