Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Masters in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, policies, procedures, and ability to apply to supplier requirements including change management and risk mitigation
- Practical and applied knowledge of statistical techniques Strong experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and ability to assist and assure implementation of deliverables throughout the supply base
- Strong knowledge of injection molding operations and project management
- Working knowledge of materials planning and scheduling
- Ability to analyze suppliers, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete complex, multiple projects and objectives
- Strong problem solving (A3, DMAIC) and analytical skills and ability to influence individuals and groups
- Ability to foster change and promote/implement improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of plastic injection molding
- Ability to present to Senior Leadership in a clear and concise manner
- Expertise with various software packages; Minitab, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations, between 25% and 50%
- Lean Six Sigma (SS) Green Belt. Black Belt and Lean certifications preferred
- Certified PMP, preferred
