Sr Quality Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality OR Master’s Degree Engineering, Science or technical field with 2+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality.
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Quality engineering toolkit including advanced understanding and application of statistics, sampling plans, data analysis, non-conformance management, DOE (Design of Experiment), GR&R (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility), verification, validation, SPC, control plans, risk management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), root cause analysis and tools (to include fishbone/Ishikawa diagrams and DMAIC – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
