Senior Software Engineering Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering on projects in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to drive DevOps improvements across organizational boundaries
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams
- Track record of effective vendor management to deliver results
- Prior experience leading the development of FDA Class I, II and III Medical Device systems
- Experience working in regulated environments and delivering new products in compliance with global regulatory standards
- PMP Certification
- Medical Device Industry or related experience.
- Prior experience with and working understanding of Hadoop, Kafka, Kubernetes, SQL and HL7
- Masters in software/computer engineering or MBA
