- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years experience OR Advanced Degree and 2+ years experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA strongly preferred
- 2-5 Years experience in upstream marketing, strategy and product management
- Proven track record of driving results with strategy development and execution
- Global commercialization/product launch experience is beneficial
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Hands-on experience with complex market and financial analysis
- Adept at leading, influencing and communicating with diverse x-functional teams
- Self-starter, results driven, competent managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent English reading, writing, presentation skills
- Other Skills – Excel and PowerPoint
