ROLE LOCATION: Bangalore, India.


 


EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:


  • Bachelor’s degree


 


YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:


  • 12+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of IT experience with Master’s degree


 


SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE: 


  • 5+ years of experience aligned in an advisory role to Senior IT executives

  • 7+ years of experience aligned to a relevant architecture discipline (integrations, data, services, infrastructure)

  • 7+ years working with data integration, exchange, and/or warehousing solutions and experience with Enterprise-class data modeling methodologies and tools

  • 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Enterprise-class architecture concepts, definition, and creation

  • 5+ years of experience in information architecture or 8+ years of experience as data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or equivalent roles

  • 3+ years of experience with data architecture of cloud-based solutions (e.g., applications (SaaS), platforms (PaaS), and infrastructure (IaaS)) within an Enterprise environment

     

     


  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or business related discipline


  • High degree of ‘learning agility’ with the ability to readily consume and apply new information and concepts with developed analytical problem solving skills


  • 5+ years of experience in managing and/or operating an Architecture Review Board

  • 5+ years of experience building or enabling cross functional architecture collaboration communities


  • 5+ years of experience working with large enterprise ERP data models


  • 5+ years of experience in business capability, process, technology, and data modeling


  • Knowledge in user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation
  • Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or other service and control frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT


  • Strong business acumen, decision making, and influence skills across all levels of an organization

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills


  • Strong communication skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors


  • Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)

  • Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global, virtual organization

  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical information into business terms (e.g., ability to explain complex technical solutions and architecture strategies to non-technical resources)

  • Technology depth and credibility with technical staff


  • Work experience in the Medical Device Industry, or other regulated industry
  • Ability to mentor and develop business, architecture, and technical resources
  • Able to work independently as well as cooperatively
