Patient Management Market Development Specialist - UK North East

Skills and competencies

• Strong & effective communicator at all levels of the organisation & Customer-facing
• High level of customer service mentality, proven customer and patient focused strength
• Self motivated and ability to motivate others to different ways of thinking and behaving
• Strong integrity sales skills- needs based selling based on a strong customer need to drive a tailored system sell
• Strong and proven problem solving skills- experience of overcoming customer challenges to find effective solutions
• Ability to manage and execute projects to a planned time frame
• Capability to network across variety of stakeholders to acquire information and gain support for system implementation

 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Five (5) plus years in Medical Devices Industry Sales, Marketing, Implementation and/or Client Management role
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with MedTech or innovative solutions
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
• Group Facilitation experience
• Demonstration of management across a complex network of stakeholders

Additional info: 

The ideal candidate needs to be based in UK North East (with preference for Leicester, Shaffield, Yorkshire, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham)
