Principal Industrial Engineer
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Must be very strong at capacity modeling/simulation, time studies, and line balancing
- Financial Acumen
- Highly skilled with MS Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP Systems
- Strong written and verbal communications (including presentation skills)
- Experience with standard cost development
- Developing business cases for capacity improvement, including experience performing financial analysis
- Lean and/or Six-Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with creating dashboards, such as Power BI
- Problem solving tools such as DMAIC A3
- Prior supervisory experience in developing teams
