Associate Intercompany Export Specialist

Must haves

•  University degree - Licencjat/Inzynier

•  3+ years’ experience in export related customer care/service, order management or logistics

•  Fluent in English

•  Customer focus

•  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

•  Computer literacy (MS-Office and ERP systems)

•  Strong sense of responsibility and high flexibility

•  Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress

•  Pro-Active role in communicating with all parties involved in regional processes, and identify needs

•  Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

•  Result orientation by using data, KPI’s/Metrics and making active use of tools and systems like MOS, CAP and Lean Sigma

Nice to Haves

•  Experience with Emerging Markets and/or Intercompany

•  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

To be successful in this role you are a team player with a hands-on mentality. You are result and quality orientated. You are strong in mastering and visualizing complex end to end processes and understand the connection between data elements. You are flexible and supportive to change. You have a strong affinity with systems.
