IT Business Analyst (IT)

Must Haves

- Highly Adaptable to change

- Skills to be a team player or leader as demanded by situation

- Proactive self-starter who can work effectively with team members

- Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to ask for help

- Excellent business both Japanese and English communication

- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in a consulting and/or administrative, development capacity (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, etc...)

- Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a understanding of　relational databases

Nice to Have

- Multiple Salesforce.com projects and/or implementations in global environment

- Experience in medical device industry will be advantageous

- Experience in consulting farm will be advantageous

- Excellent written and presentation communication skills

- Excellent knowledge with general CRM

- Excellent knowledge with Informatica Cloud and ETL tools
