- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in an integrated communications or corporate communications role with a bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree and 13+ years of experience.
- 10+ years of managerial experience (people/projects/programs)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver communications plans and tactics with measurable outcomes, using multiple channels.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful organizational communications, as well as experience in external communications (PR, media relations, branding, thought leadership).
Nice to Have
- Medical technology/medical device industry experience
- Clinical or regulatory communication experience
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across a variety of functions and with all levels of management and employees.
- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.
- Ability to effectively counsel business partners, manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and excel under pressure.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
