Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Quality and/or regulated industry or Advanced degree with 0 years’ experience.

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively across disciplines to implement creative solutions to complex problems
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software
- Experience with Document Management System (DMS) software
- Proven experience with training program management
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes in technology, processes, and requirements
- Knowledge of Medtronic’s quality system
- Understand industry-level trends in training methodologies and training program development
