Requisiti personali e tecnici

  • Attitudine&interesse per il campo della Health Technology/del digitale e dei servizi.
  • Spiccata predisposizione a fornire supporto tecnico da remoto attraverso il centralino MEDTRONIC DIRECTO (ottime capacità di gestione della relazione con il pubblico).
  • Responsabilità e capacità di comprendere il contesto (si tratta di un customer care in ambito MEDICO).
  • Alta proattività, motivazione, empatia, buone capacità comunicative &spirito di squadra, forte attitudine al problem solving, adattabilità.
  • Buon inglese.
  • MS Office (particolare conoscenza di Excel e Power Point).
  • Offerta aperta ai candidati in possesso di DIPLOMA O LAUREA.

Competenze da acquisire entro il termine dello stage
Erogazione del supporto tecnico da remoto riguardante i prodotti della divisione CRM-PATIENT MANAGEMENT.
