Digital Capability Automated Vision Inspection (Director)

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•    Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and 10+ years of professional experience in a major, global organization in multiple areas of both business & technical and leadership domain within Manufacturing Engineering OR Advanced degree and 8+ years of professional experience in a major, global organization in multiple areas of both business & technical and leadership domain within Manufacturing Engineering 
•    7+ years of managerial experience
•    Demonstrated experience implementing optical inspection equipment for measurement and visual product inspections
•    Experience in investigating and selecting optical, electrical, and mechanical components to determine their fitness for use in our Manufacturing environment

Specialized Skills and Competencies
•    Broad experience in vision inspection processes and solutions
•    Imaging Capturing, Processing and analyzing
•    Machine Learning
•    Strategic Thinker
•    Strong Communicator / Influencer
•    Strong Problem Solver / Analytical Skills
