Country Employee Relations Lead
Must-Have
- Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications
- Over 4 years of progressive HR work experience including ER issues, disciplinary actions, legal issues (harassment, discrimination, leave, accommodations, etc.), performance management (including Performance Improvement Plans and Coaching plans), policy interpretation and investigations
- Demonstrated experience in managing Employee Relations issues from low to highly complex matters
- Strong knowledge and experience in labor union, ER procedures and processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficient
Nice to Have
- Degree in Business, HR Management, or related field
- Corporate ER experience from a global or multinational company within healthcare industry or in banking industry is highly regarded
